Stuffed Cooked Milkfish Rellenong

The Philippines is known for its juicy white pulp milkfish that can be prepared in a wide variety of healthy dishes. Cooking instructions:

Bake

• Remove stuffed milkfish from plastic. Thaw stuffed milkfish. Pre-heat oven to 180 °C. Bake for 15 minutes

Microwave

• Remove stuffed milkfish from plastic. Microwave for 5 minutes at 600 watts

Pan Fry

• Remove stuffed milkfish from plastic. Thaw stuffed milkfish. Heat cooking oil. Fry in hot pan for 2 minutes each side or until golden brown
