Litson All Purpose Saus

This sauce is delicious as a sauce with various grill or barbecue dishes. As the name suggests, this all-purpose sauce for fish, meat or poultry. This sauce is very popular in Asia and is itself packaged as standard at major fast-food chains like KFC, MC Donald, in the Philippines. The name Litson is used because this sauce is traditionally used a lot when eating suckling pig on a spit.

Lechon

Lechon is a meat or poultry dish in which the animal is filled with a spice mix and fried on a spit until crispy. Crispy cooked the meat over charcoal. One most famous Lechon is the Lechon Baboy. A whole suckling pig is threaded on a skewer and cooked over a coal fire. The skin is crispy after cooking and the meat particularly juicy. A real delicacy.
