This dish is a popular dish in the Philippines that originated in La Paz in Iloilo. Traditionally this dish is made with organ meat such as kidneys, liver, and spleen. Served in a deep bowl, this soup is then topped with garlic, spring onion, raw egg, and chicharron.
How to prepare:
- Bring the water to a boil
- Pull the lid slightly open and pour boiling water on the noodles to the specified size on the cup
- Close the lid again and allow it to retract
