Kaong Red Sugar Palm

Kaong (Palm fruit) contains bite-sized sliced and cooked fruits of the arenga palm from the Philippines. The slightly sweetish fruit is sugared and inlaid in syrup. The kaong Palm fruit cubes are a delicious exotic ingredient for fruit salad or with ice cream.
