Lumpiang Shanghai Mix

How to prepare: (90 mini spring rolls)

Items:

• 500 gr minced meat (chicken, pork, beef or fish)
• 120 gr Chopped carrots
• 120 gr fine chopped onion
• 10 g chopped spring onions
• 1 beaten egg
• 1 pack of Lumpiang Shanghai Mix

Preperation:

• Mix content of 1 pouch with 500 gr minced meat, chopped carrots, chopped onions, chopped spring onions and 1 beaten egg.
• Scoop 25 gr of fillin on a 10 to 12 cm spring roll wrapper
• Roll tightly and seal the edges with water or egg white
• Deep-fry until golden brown
• Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce
