Instant Bihon Oriental Guisado

This bihon variant is a typical Filipino dish made from Pancit Bihon. Guisado comes from the word 'Gisa' and that means baking. The bihon is often served with small strips of pork, chicken, shrimp pieces along with sliced various vegetables.

Preparation method:

• Boil 375 ml of water
• Put the dry bihon in the water and boil for about 3 minutes
• Drain the bihon and return it to the pan
• Mix the bihon with herbs and liquids included in this pack
• Serve hot and with prepared meat or fish of your choice
