Kue Mangkok Aluminum Mold 60 mm x 45 mm

This steam cake has different names, it is also known as Kue-Mangkuk, or Kwee Mangkok. This snack is a steam cake that traditionally takes a little more work to make than its kind companion Bolu Kukus. The Kue-Mangkok traditionally has 14 ingredients as opposed to the Bolu Kukus which only needs 4. The structure of the Kue-Mangkok is otherwise slightly firmer than its peer. This shape has the size of 6 x 4.5 cm and has no holes like the Bolu Kukus shape.
