Menudo Sauce

Necessities:

• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• 1 piece potato, diced
• 1 piece carrot, diced
• 400g pork, diced
• 100 g pork liver, diced
• 4 ¼ cups of water
• 1 sachet UFC Ready Recipes Menudo Mix 50g
• 1 small red bell pepper, cut into squares
• ¼ cup chickpeas
• 2 tablespoons raisins

Preparation method:

1. Fry potatoes and carrots in hot oil and set them aside
2. In the same pan, stir-fry the meat until golden brown, then add water
3. Pour in UFC Ready Recipes Menudo Mix dissolved in ¼ cup water
4. Cover and simmer until the sauce thickens. Stir occasionally.
5. Add the baked potatoes and carrots and then the rest of the ingredients
6. Boil for 2 minutes.
