Pure Creamed Coconut Santen

This coconut cream is packed in a concentrated version in a block shape. Bringing the coconut milk to a boil creates the cream known as santen. In contrast to the liquid variant, this variant has a much longer shelf life. The santen can be mixed with water to make coconut milk. You could make about 1 liter of coconut milk from 1 cube. The advantage is that you can use it in doses. You can also add the coconut cream to your dish without mixing.
