Necessities:
- ½ kg chicken, cut into portions
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
- 1-2 cups of water
- 1 sachet (200 g) UFC Ready Recipes Afritada Sauce
- ¼ cup UFC Fresh Selections Green Peas, drained
- 100 g potatoes, diced
- 100g carrot, diced
- 1 or 1/2 tablespoons raisins (optional)
Preparation method:
- Combine chicken, bell pepper, and water. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add UFC Ready Recipes Afritada Sauce, UFC Green Peas, Potatoes & Carrots
- Simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add more water if necessary
- Add raisins if desired
- Serve
