Sweetened Condensed Milk

Condensed, Evaporated, Sweetened Condensed

There is a lot of confusion about sweetened-condensed, ordinary condensed and evaporated milk. The milk is boiled down so that the water percentage in the milk is reduced and the milk thickens.
