Necessities:
- 1 pack of spice paste Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Stir Fry
- 350 gr peeled shrimp
- 2 tsp cornstarch or corn flour
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Spring onions (as a garnish)
Preparation method:
- Mix the shrimps with the corn starch or corn flour
- Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick pan over medium heat
- Add the prawns and stir fry for 1 minute
- Add the spice paste and stir-fry on a low heat for about 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish and serve hot.
