Eggnog Cookies

These cookies are a kind of egg cakes but baked crispy and almost the size of a gingerbread. Nice and crunchy and only 20 kcal per 100 gr, so also delicious as a snack.

Eggnog is actually a drink or an eggnog. These cookies are named after these because they are creamy and made of eggs. The real eggnog is a cocktail based on milk, cognac and egg. The drink is often consumed on cold winter evenings.

Wheat flour, cane sugar, pasteurized liquid whole eggs, vegetable fat (combination of palm and coconut oil), butterfat (milk), raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate and monocalcium phosphate), iodized salt.
