Don Papa Sherry Cask is a soft rum with brown color from the Philippines. First aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels before being finished in four different types of sherry casks: Palo Cortado; Fino; Cream; and Pedro Ximenez. The resulting blend offers a delightfully dry, almost nutty nose with a rich, fruity taste and a wonderfully smooth finish

Don Papa Rum, produced by the Bleeding Heart Rum Company, is a tribute to Papa Isio, an almost-forgotten hero of the Philippine Revolution. Don Papa, formerly a sugar cane plantation superintendent, joined the resistance to drive the Spanish rulers from his beloved homeland. Don Papa Rum is distilled on the Philippine island of Negros from the finest sugar cane grown on rich, volcanic soil, giving it its unique flavor.
