Adobong Kangkong

Adobong Kangkong is a delicious Filipino dish made from water spinach, also known as kangkong or kangkung. It is a popular dish in Filipino cuisine and is often served as a side dish or as a main course, typically accompanied by rice.
For approximately 2-4 people
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons 60 ml Mama Sita's Garlic Oyster Sauce
- 3 cups 150 g Kangkong (water spinach), stalks and leaves separated
- 1 tablespoon 15 ml Oil
Instructions:
- Heat cooking oil and then sauté kangkong stalks.
- Add Mama Sita's Garlic Oyster Sauce.
- When the stalks are cooked, add kangkong leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve over hot rice.
