Adobo fried rice with kale chips

Adobo fried rice with kale chips is a fried rice variant with the taste of Adobo in combination with the leaves of kale. With this recipe you can now make Adobo yourself.
For about 8 to 10 people
Ingredients
Adobe Rice
- 60 ml of oil
- 90 g garlic, peeled and crushed
- 50 g Mama Sita's Adobo Mix, dissolved in: 60 ml Water
- 1 kg Leftover steamed rice
For the baked kale chips
- 250 g fresh kale, washed and cut into small pieces
- 15 ml of oil
- 15 g Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce
Preparation method:
- Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat
- Fry the garlic until nicely browned but not burnt
- Add Mama Sita's Adobo Mix
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
- Mix the prepared rice and stir-fry until the rice is heated through
- Finish with some fried kale chips.
- Serve immediately with cucumber, tomato and onion salad for a complete meal
