7-minute Vegetable Stir-fry with Oyster Sauce

The 7-Minute Vegetable Stir-Fry with Oyster Sauce is a quick and delicious dish you can prepare for a healthy and tasty meal. This recipe is perfect for busy days when you don't have much time to cook but still want to serve something nutritious and flavorful.
For about 5 people
Necessities:
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) cooking oil
- 3 pieces (180 g) medium eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) cooking oil
- 2 pieces (100 g) red onions, cut into 1.2 cm pieces
- 1/4 piece (150 g) pumpkin, sliced into strips
- 1 bundle (150 g) bok choy, cut into 1.2 cm pieces
- 1/4 piece (100 g) cabbage, cut into 1.2 cm pieces
- 1 packet (60 g) Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce
Preparation method:
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the beaten eggs. Remove them from the pan and slice the scrambled eggs into strips. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over high heat and quickly sauté the onions until the edges turn light brown.
- Add the hard vegetables first (pumpkin and bok choy stems). Add 30 g (2 tablespoons) of Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce. Stir. Cover and continue cooking until they become tender.
- Add the eggs back into the pan. Add the soft/leafy vegetables (bok choy leaves and cabbage). Cover and let it cook for 2 minutes or until they are done.
- Turn off the heat. Transfer the dish to a plate and drizzle with the remaining Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce. Serve hot.
