Salted black beans are fermented soybeans. Delicious as an ingredient in various dishes.
Salted Black Beans
These beans are salted and fermented. This will become soft but a little dry. The flavor is stronger and spicier and saltier.
To use the black beans first rinsed under running water. Now you can use them the way you want. Chopped or crushed in a mortar. Be careful when you use salty beans, it can taste dominate in your dish. If you combine it with fish it will taste great.
Fermentation
This is a process in which micro-organisms (bacteria, fungi, yeasts) are added. This is to give the product a different flavor. The growth of these organisms ensures that carbohydrates and proteins are broken down. The flavor, shelf life, the looks will change of the product.
