Filipino Adobo

Necessities:

• 1 bag of 50 gr Adobo Sauce mix
• 1 kilo of meat cubes or chicken
• 1 cup of water (250 ml)
• 2 tablespoons of oil (30 ml)

Preparation method:

• Dissolve the Mama Sita's mix in water
• Pour over the meat or chicken
• Marinate it for about 15 minutes
• Remove the meat or chicken from the marinade and fry in brown gold brown
• Pour the marinade with the meat
• Let the meat continue to simmer on a lower heat until it is done
• Add water if necessary
